The primary role of the Human Resources Generalist is to support the daily operations of the HR in the entire company. You will solely run and help manage all HR functions for 30 restaurants of Wendy’s and Old Chicago.

This includes but is not limited to comparing HR laws to current policies and procedures, drafting templates, documenting and training standard HR processes and procedures, managing HR communications, solving HR employee/manager issues, controlling unemployment and lawsuit expenses, as well as being actively involved in the recruiting, hiring, and onboarding processes.

· All other duties based on business needs.

Requirements

• Relevant Bachelor’s degree with Human Resources emphasis
• 1 - 3 years of HR experience
• Current knowledge of legal requirements related to human resources and employee management
• Highly organized with superior time management skills
• Exceptional communication skills both written and oral
• Self-motivated
• Outside the box thinking
• Understanding the importance of confidentiality and integrity
• Attention to detail
• Experience with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams)
